Vocal Value is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and is known for creating and delivering quality in-person and virtual learning experiences; transformative coaching programs; and digestible micro-learning content. The organization has served nonprofits, government agencies, public and private universities, and community organizations since 2015.

I’m Linnita Hosten Founder of Vocal Value

I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful communication can be — it can elevate careers, boost confidence, transform morale, and influence those in your household.

But I wasn’t always the woman who could walk into a room and command it. That took time. I had to develop the skills to truly own my voice and recognize its value.

Once I found my #vocalvalue, I knew I wanted to help others find theirs too. So, I started hosting workshops, coaching senior leaders, and designing communication programs for schools, government agencies, and private organizations. As the demand grew, I brought on additional trainers, and that’s how Vocal Value was born!

I’ve lived the truth that communication can shift careers, boost confidence, transform cultures, and touch every aspect of our lives.

But I wasn’t born the woman who could command a room – I had to become her. I had to build the skillset to create success, so I did.
